The AMFA Local 11 Shop Reps will be responsible for all Grievances and Union Contract issues for Aircraft Mechanics, Aircraft Inspection, Maintenance Controllers, GSE, Plant MX, MX Trainers, Appearance Technicians and Facilities MX as defined in the AMFA Local 11 Bylaws. The Shop Reps will be the first points of contact for all Union Contract issues between the Company and Union.
All Union members are entitled to have Union Representation as stated in CBA Article 21 and 25.
If you would like to serve as a Shop Representative, you can self-nominate. Local 11 is always accepting volunteers to be Shop Reps.
