AMFA Constitutional Amendment Proposals

Election of Delegates: In accordance with Article XIX, Section 4 of the AMFA Constitution, Locals must elect their delegates for the 2024 National Convention within ninety (90) days of this notice.
On October 30, 2023, you elected your Local 11 delegates. AMFA Local 11 Delegates to the 2024 National Convention are Mike Dillon, Lee Rhame, Doug Collier, and Dennis Tapper. The Alternate Delegates are Pete Miller, “Phat” Frank Suentzenich, Mike Stanley, and Tim Regnold.
Constitution Amendment Proposals: In accordance with Article XXV, Section 2 of the AMFA Constitution, all Locals shall have proposed amendments to the Constitution in the hands of the Rules Committee one-hundred twenty (120) days prior to the opening date of the Convention; this date is Sunday, January 7, 2024.
AMFA Local 11 will run the Constitution Amendment Proposal period from Wednesday the 15 th of November 2023 and close on Wednesday the 13 th of December 2023, 10:00am CT. All proposals must be scanned and emailed to secretaryamfa11@gmail.com . Please use the attached form to submit your proposals.
AMFA Local 11 Delegate Review: The Delegates from AMFA Local 11 will convene to review, assimilate, and submit the proposals from AMFA Local 11 to the Secretary of AMFA Local 11. The Delegates for AMFA Local 11 will meet on Wednesday the 3 rd of January 2024. The AMFA Local 11 Secretary will then submit the proposals to AMFA National for the 2024 National Convention Rules Committee no later than the 7 th of January, 2024.
