The 2024 Election of AMFA Local Officers, Delegates, other Representatives, and AMFA Local 11 Candidates for National Officers will be conducted from the 18th of September 2023 until and end the 30th of October 10:00am CT 2023.

The installation of AMFA Local 11 new officers will be conducted at the January 2024 General Membership Meeting (GMM). The Elections for these positions will be conducted by electronic and telephonic means through BallotPoint Election Services and in accordance with the AMFA Constitution, AMFA Local 11 Bylaws, Federal, State, Local Municipalities, and the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (LMRDA).

In regard to National Officer Elections, first each Local (Local 4 Chicago, Local 11, Local 14 Seattle, Local 18 Houston, and Local 32 Phoenix) will be submitting their candidates to the National Convention to be held in May 2024. There may be duplicate candidates between the Locals, and the Official Election of National Officers will be conducted through AMFA National in 2024.

Local 11 Elections

The following positions at Local 11 are open for election for terms beginning in January 2024:

Vice President, Airline Liaison Representative, Treasurer, and Communications Coordinator. We are also seeking nominations for Auditors (3 required), By-Laws Committee (6 required), and Tellers (3 required)

All nomination forms must be received no later than 10:00 am CT on Monday the 2nd October 2023.

National Officer AND Local 11 Convention Delegate Nominations

Nominations are being accepted for the following positions:

National President, National Vice President, National Secretary/Treasurer, National Safety & Standards, and Region II Director. We are also seeking nominations for Local 11 Delegates to the National Convention.

All nomination forms must be received no later than 10:00 am CT on Monday the 2nd October 2023.

This election will take place after the National Convention in May of 2024.
