 Submit contract proposals. If you have not registered online with the Official AMFA Local 11 website, please do so now. Your submission of proposals is a useful tool for the negotiation process. It is imperative that your contract negotiation committee can feel the pulse of the floor. We have heard great input, but we need that in writing, so please submit the proposals. This is the best opportunity to enhance your standard of living, increase your benefits in a positive way, or improve your work rules. The number of proposals also holds significance as to what’s most important to our workgroup. So, if the vast majority is pay, or 4 overs, or line premium, or health benefits, then put it in, submit it. Nothing is untouchable at this point. Please seriously submit your wants/needs.
